Orders for Embroideried items within the USA delivery date is 4 to 6 weeks from order date.
Plece your order 8 weeks before your delivery date and receive a 10% discount on all orders over $50!
We are not accepting any rush orders
All international orders must be placed in full 6-8 weeks before delivery date. What we mean by in full is that the order form is completed with all information. We ship via USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL. Shipping cost will be different from USA shipping cost, call for a quote.
Please be sure to order your awards in enough time for us to get them out to you before your pageant or event. All of our embroidery items are custom work and will take time to manufacture. No refunds on custom work be sure your order is explained correctly and names/titles are spelled correctly.
When placing an order please NO post office box address, we need the UPS/FedEx/DHL delivery address, they will not deliver to a post office box. We do not guarantee delivery, delivery service's guarantee is the only guarantee we give.
