Just complete your intent to compete form and send it with your $50.00 non-refundable Registration Fee.  Titles will be given at prelims, so hurry as no titles will be held without payment and intent form.  Your crown & Title sash will be mailed when we receive your $50 registration fee, you will also receive $50 off any State/Mini/National (TN Mini National is September 26, 2009), other state pageants to be announced on our web page soon. www.gwenscreations.com/GemStar.htm

We will mail you your new custom-embroidered banner and official rhinestone crown, giving you the preliminary title for your hometown, city ((Example Baby Miss Jackson, TN * Wee Miss Murray, KY * Little Miss Atlanta, GA, etc.) or county title (example Little Miss Hickman County, TN * Tiny Miss Lions County, KY)
