Rules/ Regulations and "Judges Instructions"
This is an Equal Opportunity pageant system. Race, handicap, or nationality is not to be discriminated against. Children should be judged on facial beauty, poise, personality/modeling and appropriate dress. GemStar Productions is a privately owned business and reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone for past or present bad sportsmanship. We are trying to give the children a chance to be children and have fun and will not permit adults to ruin their fun. Be kind and cheer all contestants on these children are trying to perform for you and we expect you to respect them for their effort.
Attire
Attire, are all glitz. Attire for boys are Tuxedos or Suits, Girls are up to date pageant dresses that may be as much or as little glitz as you want. Hair & Make-up
Total glitz, this is a total package glitz pageant system.
Pageant hair and make up is recommended.
Optional wear/Outfit of Choice
May be off the rack or custom made.
Casual wear may be embellished but keep it at a minimum. No Pro-Am modeling, new up beat modeling is allowed, but be careful not to over do and it look like Pro-Am.
Swimwear is 1 or 2 piece suits may be worn. Please, No string suits. No Pro-Am modeling. Up beat beauty modeling only.
Glitzy wear/sportswear/western/theme wear are glitzy or vogue your choice. Pro-Am/theme modeling is allowed.
Costume is anything goes, glitzy or non-glitzy, props, you may have fun with this event.
