I am seeking honest, fair, and reliable State/Regional Directors.  You will be required to hold at least six preliminary pageants in your state, and one state pageant per year.   You  will receive a $10/25 bonus per contestant that you bring to Nationals!

You will be responsible for the following: setting your pageant schedule, finding your venues, finding your judges (National Royalty get bonus points for judging), advertising (I will build a web page for you & make your banners), ordering your crowns, sashes, etc., all expenses (which your entry fees should cover), answering contestant's questions, and keeping me informed every step of the way.  I will be available to help you.  I have done my research and will advise you to avoid potential mistakes.

We will coordinate your State pageant where I can come and help you.  Your preliminary contestants will win fees off to your State pageant, and your State contestants will win fees off of Nationals.

Nationals will be held at different times in the year. I require all State directors to come and help out at Nationals, I do understand if something comes up, but we do ask you to come and help.

Your children, any children living in your household, and any close relatives will not be eligible to compete in any GemStar Productions pageants (this includes preliminaries, states, mini-nationals, and nationals) while you are a director.
